Haven't visited this music blog for quite some time, how's everyone doing? :D
I was introduced to Glen Hansard recently, and immediately I was hooked onto his sheer talent, humble spirit and soul-baring performances. His duet with Markéta Irglová "Falling Slowly" was performed by Lee Dewyze and Crystal Bowersox during the Top 4 week (if I remember correctly), and it's an awesome song, but this one kinda gave me goosebumps. I love how he builds towards the climax of the song and then brings it back down to an intimate level. And his guitar sounds really amazing too?!!?
To quote Glen: "We may be miserable, but we're together". :p
End of the long weekend, the start of a new workweek soon! *yikes*
